1.4 Packaging & Quality Assurance

All products are packed using food-safe, secure packaging.

Outer packaging may vary; product quality, safety, and formulation remain unchanged.
1.5 Order Tracking

Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

Customers are responsible for tracking and ensuring availability at the delivery address provided.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

2.3 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

3. Return & Refund Policy (Food Products)
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of chocolate products, NoirDate follows strict no-return standards in line with food safety regulations.
3.1 Returns Are Accepted Only If

A damaged product

A defective product

An incorrect product
❌ Returns are NOT accepted for reasons such as taste preference, personal liking, or change of mind.
3.2 Return Request Timeline

Requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.

Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.
3.3 Mandatory Evidence for Claims
To process any return or refund, you must provide:

Incomplete or unverifiable claims may be rejected.
3.4 Non-Returnable Items

4. Refund Process

5. Failed Deliveries & Customer Responsibility

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal:

Re-shipping charges may apply

Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting shipping & handling costs
6. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are not accepted. Refunds are applicable only for damaged or incorrect products reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof.
